Shipping Policies

● We ship with ATS Healthcare, with temperature controlled delivery. We use Canada Post for rural and remote addresses, but please note that Canada Post does not offer temperature controlled service.
● Orders usually ship out within 48 hours and a follow up email with tracking information will be provided at that time. Should you wish a later delivery date, please make a note in the order. We cannot guarantee a delivery date or time, but you may follow the tracking and see when the shipment is out for delivery. Please note that shipments may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions.
● Someone over the age of majority in your province must be home to accept the package.

Returns

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. We take great care in crafting our premium wines and are equally committed to providing great customer service. We will replace or refund you for any bottle that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless they are damaged or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error.
